We ordered this bunk bed about 6 weeks ago & received it in 2 or 3 large boxes about 1 month ago. Our 8 yo son picked it out & we couldn't be happier. We all LOVE it. We enjoyed the whole process of putting it together. It took us several hours from start to finish (had to go to Lowe's to get the supports). The bunk is sturdy & looks amazing. Some nights the 3 of us end up hanging out reading on the bottom bunk! My son says "It is awesome". He wanted his room to feel like a cozy log cabin & this bunk definitely helped achieve that! I was also impressed with the great customer service during the ordering process to answer my questions. I even received a call about a week after ordering to confirm that we wanted the ladder orientation to be different from the standard location. I would highly recommend this company.
